Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
All MOT Juice products are delivered electronically to the email address supplied by the customer.
For telesales products the payment flow and delivery are as follows;
1. Full payment is taken at point of sale by a telesales operator;
2. This 'credits' the users account in our system to the value of the exams purchased;
3. The client logs in and elects to use the exams they have purchased within their own timeframe;
4. The Exams are delivered digitally on demand by the client;
5. The Exams are delivered directly through our own system, developed in house and running on our own Secure servers;
For software products and training purchased via our website:
1. Billing agreement is made via MOT Juice using PayPal Recurring Payments;
2. Products are uploaded to client’s user account 3 days after recurring billing payment for products that are supplied monthly;
3. Products are uploaded to client’s user account immediately for adhoc products purchased via existing recurring billing agreements;
Guarantees and Refunds
Guarantees are only available to customers who paid for the product before the guarantee is claimed and are not available on free promotions. A customer is only entitled to one Guarantee claim relating to one customer. Should a customer accept a Guarantee related payment from MOT Juice Ltd, they waive their right to any additional claims against MOT Juice Ltd regarding any Guarantee or claim unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The following additional restrictions apply to the Guarantees payments for mistakes:
Guarantees only apply to MOT Juice Ltd mistakes, not to customer mistakes; We are only required to pay a customer once for a mistake no matter how many mistakes they may bring to our attention
Free Trial Refund Policy.
No refunds will be available for free trials properly converted to paid services. No refunds will be available for free trials as no money is taken for a free trial.
Training modules Refund Policy
Training modules purchased are non-refundable as they are delivered electronically and can only be ordered by agreement from the account holder.
Annual tester examinations Refund Policy
Annual tester examinations cannot be refunded once purchased and issued in our system. In the event that a refund is made (at the discretion of MOT Juice) then a refund administration fee of £30.00 per exam refunded will be charged regardless of whether the exam is expired or not.
Annual License and Renewals Refund / Cancellation Policy
All sales are final unless you notify us 30 days before your renewal date that you want to cancel.
All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons and images belong to Us, and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws.
MOT Juice and other marks indicated on Our website are trademarks or registered trademarks of MOT Juice Ltd. Our graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of MOT Juice and may not be used in connection with any product or service without Our written authorisation.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with Our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Our reasonable control. This condition does not affect Your statutory rights.
If You breach these conditions and We take no action, We will still be entitled to use Our rights and remedies in any other situation where You breach these conditions.

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
