Managing MOT compliance across a large dealer group is no small task. Group Aftersales Manager Ben Mills is responsible for dozens of MOT Test Stations spread across a wide area, but previously only had a central spreadsheet to track compliance, which he said “was very limited and worked on trust”.

Why JCT600 chose MOT Juice
What JCT600 needed was a centralised, cloud-based system that could give visibility at every level – Group, Site, and Tester.
As Ben put it, they were seeking “an overall visual picture of how our sites were being managed and how compliant we were”.

Early Impact

…Three Years Later
Fast-forward three years, and MOT Juice has become an essential part of JCT600’s working practices. We caught up with Ben recently, and he said:
“I am looking at the system every other day to see where we are in the month and how we are engaging with the system and rules imposed on us by the DVSA. It has really helped us ensure we are fully compliant. The system has massively improved our TQI and Test Logs, and we are able to see issues before it is too late.”
